The original service writer was really attentive, efficient and was professional (female), but when I went to pick up my car, the male service writers did not care about presence. One guy was eating nuts, and doing paperwork which could have been completed after I got my car. Very poor service
Just purchased a new Bolt EUV with Brian Lax. This is the fourth vehicle I've bought from Guaranty, and Brian and the whole team there have been easy to work with for this one and all the others. Great service experiences at the shop too!
The service was great right from the beginning all the way to the end. My sales person was upfront in regards to pricing/monthly payment. The finance department was ready and straight to the point without trying to sell you any packages. I would highly recommend them for your future needs if you are in the market to purchase/lease a vehicle.
First of all Jacob is a great salesman and we agreed on a fair price rather quickly. I appreciate that there was not a lof of dealer added items or mark-up. Jacob was dealing with another customer at the same time, and he apologized for this, however it was not an issue for me. He was able to juggle both transactions while keeping me informed. Also, the finace person was professional and got the documents completed quickly.
Overall, a pleasant, enjoyable expericene, and I believe I received a good deal on my purchase.
Sales Professionals Victor and Brian "LAX" are AMAZING! The whole set up was AWESOME as well, how they had my car waiting in the showroom. This is my 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Guaranty Chevy. I highly recommend this dealership!
Horrible experience. Our sales person was super nice and tried to help as much as he could, but David seems to negotiate in bad faith. Walked from the deal.
David only values a trade in as the "fair" value on kbb. Our car was 11 months old and garage parked. We were told the policy is that all cars are valued as fair, no matter the condition. Best look elsewhere.
